I hobbled into the office yesterday morning and found one of the facility staff in my cube on his hands and knees. Yup, they were fixing the torn carpet. They were also replacing various portions of carpeting throughout the admin area.
Interesting how a company can get things done so quickly when they have to pay for an employee's medical bills.
Just a quick note:
I'm doing better. I'm able to walk easier, although, still with a limp.
I don't think my trip to Chicago next week (exactly 7 days) is in any danger. Yea!!!
