This is a precautionary tactic on my part, because in the past when my back decided to go on strike, I thought that I could do a little more than the day before. Which always ended up with me back on the floor or in "the chair". Nope, not this time. I am not taking any chances today, I am going to continue pampering my back despite my increased mobility.
I was able to get out of bed (slowly) on my own and discovered walking was much easier than yesterday.
Staying home is okay for one day, but, if you're unable to do anything then you might as well be at work where you can keep busy.
So thank you to those who called and left messages, I am doing much better.
